Joe Brighenti is an Associate Attorney with Weaver Currie, PC. He represents clients in various types of litigation and transactional matters, including real property, business partnership disputes, and personal injuries. Joe likes to think outside the box and takes an aggressive approach at all stages leading up to and through trial. He considers his ability for creative problem solving to be one of his most vital tools for serving his clients and achieving exceptional results.
As a lifelong Sonoma County native, Joe graduated from Cardinal Newman High School. He obtained his B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Media Communication. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Empire College of Law. While in law school, Joe competed on the Traynor Moot Court competition team for appellate advocacy and won three Cal. Witkin awards as the top student in Contracts, Torts, and Moot Court. Before joining the Weaver Currie team in 2019, Joe was a law clerk for the Sonoma County Public Defender Office and for a civil firm in the East Bay.
