Aaron’s practice focuses on a wide range of business and real estate transactions, as well as assisting clients with adjusting their insurance policies after suffering a real property loss.

Aaron assists clients in every phase of the business life cycle—from entity selection and capitalization, negotiating and structuring transactions during operations, to the sale of assets, equity interests and business succession. Aaron also routinely helps clients with brand establishment and protection through trademark prosecution and enforcement. Aaron has also handled numerous commercial real estate transactions including purchases, leasing, and options.

Aaron is a Sonoma County native and spends his time outside of the office with his family, fishing and golfing.

Aaron received both a Bachelor of Science (with honors) and his M.B.A. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.  He earned his Law Degree at the University of San Francisco, School of Law.

Aaron currently serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner.
